I have given out today.
From now on and forward,
I am no longer a part of your way.

 

Gone are the feelings,
that I once felt so strong;
Gone is you,
where I thought mine belonged.

 

I no longer have a duty,
No more will I feel pain;
No longer will I think back,
Freedom is what I gain.

 

To release you into
the swirl of a puffy white cloud,
I tell myself to move on
as I force myself to hear it aloud.

 

Oh yes I still love you, I still care,
Yet I shall take each day as it comes,
Start a new Life and say,

No longer am I your past, horray!
