老上海味道

老上海飯店,自從搬離灣仔,都有一段日子無去過。陪完大佬睇電腦就行過去。人多左,可能食蟹季節啦。

只有兩個人,食唔到太多,不過大佬都點左: 香乾馬蘭頭併燻魚加燻蛋,菜飯,炒豆苗,小籠包,桂花酒醸酒釀丸子,棗泥窩餅。比較深刻印象係香乾馬蘭頭: 個樣同餐廳一樣,一碟草就平平實實上來了。菜和豆腐乾都切很細碎,淡淡的,保持了馬蘭頭的青草味。其他,都唔錯,不過無特別囉。席間服務的大叔不時過來問味道如何,有沒有其他需要,服務殷勤周到。我地去得比較早,可以慢慢食。都係個句,天南地北,由經濟到佛學都講。中醫又得,西藥又得。同大佬真係咩野都可以討論,雖然有時就大意尐,有偏見左尐,不過男人就係要不拘小節先係㗎嘛。不知不覺又坐到打烊,其實都只係十點五十分…
