嘩,唔睇就唔知,一睇就嚇親!原來改變基因嘅小麥,可以有咁多同咁大影響!經過幾十年的雜交、配種、基因改造,食品加工業者能夠以最低成本生產更大量、更不怕乾旱的小麥,方便做成各種食品。現代小麥的結構卻因此被完全改變,包含更多麩質蛋白質、營養價值幾乎蕩然無存。全麥麵包的GI值(升糖指數)甚至比白麵包跟蔗糖都高!ooo
